Defective phone

I bought a Telstra phone on installment done (I expect a formal written conclusion for 4 days). I am well aware that there was no moisture in the phone. Talking informally with a service employee, I found out that corrosion from moisture can also occur from moist air (in Australia, humid air is all the time), which means that these phones cannot be used in Australia! I submitted a claim application to Telstra where after 8 days I received a refusal with the text that they have no reason not to believe in the service. The situation was exactly the same with the phone I took with Telstra for payment. My brother also had a defect and the refusal to repair was the same - moisture corrosion. Then it turns out that Telstra sells a product of substandard quality. A personal note - as far as I know, Mosers has figured out how not to repair anything in the warranty service - corrosion and Telstra and possibly other Mosers partners like it.
