Where is the overnight work

They wouldnt wait to receive payment Yet we wait for power into 8 days Where are all the overnight work Its an unpredictable power outage But they wont pay the overtime necessary to have crews working overnight to get the power back on in a timely manner

5 days still without power. In the middle of a pandemic and summer heat. I keep getting texts that they are working hard. That is insulting. It shows they are aware the job they are doing has many issues. User’s recommendation: Invest in a whole house generator. You will need iy.

Unpreparedness for a storm that had peak winds of 40 mph in Wyndham CT

This company is an absolute joke. Power goes out on Tuesday at 3:35 pm and it is Saturday 12:30 pm and nothing, not even a truck in the area. After storm outage in Southington was caused by the tree fallen on electric line and damaged it. It happened on Queen st/ rt10 and was not approach by the Eversource for 3 days, despite the damage was huge and visible from far away. Police cut the traffic in one…
