A week ago, I used this e-registration system for the first time to sign up for 2 examinations at the health center elite. Yesterday I had my 1st examination. Since I did this test for the 1st time, I didn't know how long he lasted, but looking at the recording system there was between the check-in times it was stated that 15min, although in fact this test takes 1h-1. 5h and even longer! My appointment was 6:30 p. m. , but I actually went into the doctor's office some time before 8 p. m! Yesterday in the evening I received a letter in an e-mail from vca.org that I have changed the registration time to 2. The examination I am doing today. When I signed up, I was given a time of 12. 20, but the letter said it had been changed to 14. 20! Without thinking anything bad, I also came to the examination at 14. 20 and, as a great surprise, I am told that the examination was supposed to take place at the previously scheduled time, i. I. 12. 20! So what kind of horseradish after vca e-recording system sends such erroneous emails to its patients when nothing really changes?! I was shocked! Of course I explained to them that I did not arrive sooner, because I received a letter that my habit had changed! Thanks to cardiologist Ivars Vaski and another doctor (who, unfortunately, I don't know the name), who nevertheless accepted me and performed this examination, otherwise 40eur would have been spent for free!
