No action taken by company to cancel my direct payment or to reimbursee for overpayment.

I contacted Everlast in May to cancel membership. I was told this would end in June but payment was still taken. I am extremely annoyed by the fact cannot get through to customer service to make complaint &; request refund

Want to pay bill

Was on phone for 2 hrs No 16 in queue When I reached no 1 was informed of technical difficulties and was cut off!Have sent numerous e mails and phoned Merthyr centre button avail . User’s recommendation: Do not join.
