The company's unprofessionalism and a terrible guide
The trip to Lapland did not correspond to what was described in the program. The excursions planned in the program did not take place, instead of a large, comfortable bus we were crushed in a minibus, which made the trip painful, especially for children (we spent 2 days there and 1. 5 days back, including at night). The guide (Jack, who had no interest, no knowledge of the place we went to the 2-day program printed on the 1st day, ignored our objections, allowed himself to be rude and ironic. what he did was buy ferry tickets, no information was provided, time was inefficient, and on the way back, the ATM became completely annoyed and there was a loud conflict between the group and the guide. It is very unfortunate that the children will remember something like this instead of the hoped-for Christmas tale. Sorry for the spoiled holidays and the money spent. The manager of this company has not been called for three weeks and avoids taking responsibility for his work.
