Eventbrite customer service is for organizers not you

Event Brite is designed for the benefit of the organizer. They can sell anything (concert/event tickets) however they want (with promises they don’t have to fulfill like VIP amenities). Didn’t get REFUND

DIDNT GET REFUND. I CONTACTED THE EVENT PLANNER THEY SAID MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED, IT WAS NOT AS EVENTBRITE TOLD THE PLANNER. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO EVENTBRITE NO RESPONSE OR NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM User’s recommendation: Do not purchase ticket.
