Returns a used item

I ordered a coffee machine.. which came in a lego box: a broken coffee machine box inside... all accessories with coffee dust and coffee stains are visible on the machine. water starts to flow from the machine. Just send an already used item! Complaint sent, I called 3 times to find out what to do in such situations, because in the past I had everything normally always with this service.. to which I receive an answer that I am the first time a used product comes and that my complaint will be considered. There are simply no words.
