Poor service
I had not noticed that my grandparents were connected to a white com... the contract requested to be attached to the withdrawal form had not survived. 1. Operators very rude, after the voice can be heard, as well as frustrated and angry. 2. "you will be contacted within a week". In a week? So many want to give up Oceancom that they can't soon? To the question of what will happen next answered that the operator who will call (within a week) will explain. If you want confusion, a TV with jerky channels and no quality of service, then you need to sign a contract with Oceancom!
