Poor service
I received a terrible service (eyebrows with shading) from Inga DerZhnikele. Now think about which center to correct such miracles. The color, even after leaving the crook, does not correspond to what we have talked about at all. Under no circumstances will I go to PMC again. I refused to return the money, offered to correct it, but again did not want to perform such scary experiments.
