Cannot access pay per view ufc event that I purchased for today. Need assistance accessing paid event via my espn account
Tried to watch the ufc 257 PPV but would not work on either app, ps4 app, or even their website. Tried to reach customer service but line busy and no other options. User’s recommendation: monthly fee for ESPN PLUS and PPV that cost around $80? not worth it.
But I signed up for ESPN and turns out I signed up for ESPN plus so therefore I cannot receive the national football college championship game on my laptop iPad phone or TV. User’s recommendation: Do not sign up for ESPN plus if what you really want is ESPN through your cable TV.

After calling and speaking with a helpful employee, I received emails indicating I will be refunded for the 5.49 monthly charges (12 of them) but I have not seen any sign of money in my charge account. User’s recommendation: Pay attention to billing/subscription errors.
