Fraud
Bite speaks and promises beautifully, but does not deliver. Our company has been a bee customer for 5 years. On May 28, I contacted my business manager to change the tariff plan. This was not done, as a result of which I was left without internet and the opportunity to work and relax normally during the trip. For 2 weeks I tried to contact the manager both by calling and writing, but nothing but promises to call me back. When I wanted to change the operator, another manager finally contacted us and promised to put everything in order and reduce the price of the tariff plans as compensation. Well, it's July 30, but nothing has changed and tariff plans have remained the same, another disappointment. Think before you start working with this company, the customer is not important to them,it's more important to charge money.
