I resigned from the club and they somehow reinstated my membership and continue to try and charge my credit card. They have incurred unnecessary credit card charge backs. They never informed me that they were trying to charge the credit card. I have not been to the club in 21 months.
Very, very poor service culture
Very very poor service culture in the store in Brooks. The man who works there as a salesman has confused the place to work. It is better to cash the stomach than to help the buyer change the direction of the refrigerator door. Owners don't need to hire someone who hasn't learned anything in life.
