Sent wrong items, Now charged double for shipping and tax on replacement

After waiting three weeks for my order I find eReplacement has shipped someone elses parts to me. After calling C.S. to get things cleared up I get an email stating that I was only refunded the cost of the original gutter kit of $52.32.
