Accidental Glitched Purchase

So today the new item shop came out, i accidentally pressed purchase on the dude skin and i didnt even get the accidental purchase button. please help me refund it as it has taken my tokens and it didnt pop up that i could quickly refund it after this accidental purchase. Please epic

There’s charges on my card that are not mine and I keep writing and I don’t hear from anyone

Nothing has happened I am not being taken serious,because nobody calls me back,but my money was taken fast out of my account more then. $1,000,this very stressing !!! User’s recommendation: Don’t trust ur credit or ur bank card with this site.
