Lost skin and emote

I had the iconic skin, scenario emote and I lost it, I think my game glitched or something. I bought it back in season 8 on my Galaxy S10 and when I logged in today they disappeared. If I can get them back, that would be appreciated. Thank you

V-BUCK scratch card secondary codes not working.
