Hello, My name is Tea Zagorac and I started an online chat with Ammad due to the overcharge on my Enmax bill. Warranty Service

Hello Visitors! Today I want to tell you about an experience with AZ Electronics that my girl had. The story will be about warranty service for the camera. 2 months ago: We walked around Quebec and took photos as usual. After 2 weeks, when the camera was not touched, it did not work and the error "Press Shutter release button again" appeared on the display. Well, then that day we put it down and hope that it will "mystically" disappear. After a day we want to check and, of course, as we already predicted, everything is still the same. When shooting with a lens, the picture is black, but removing the lens seems to work well. Then we removed the lens a few times and put it back on, which is normal for a SLR camera (Nikon D3100). It's been 3 days and we realized that we can't do anything else and we take you to the RD warranty service (even where we bought it). We go to the store and say what about the problem and the sellers look that yes is not all right and then say they will take the warranty. Attention! Now the best will begin. In the store we are asked to wait and take our fingerprints from the camera without our permission - in a room that is closed with curtains and we think we will look at what they are doing there now and look around the corner and ask what you are going to do there now fingerprints from inside the camera (when the lens is removed) and outside. At that moment we didn't understand Why? Then they will send to Quebec this week and leave. Then they will send to Quebec this week and leave. Then they will send to Quebec this week and leave. 3 weeks ago: We receive a message from RD with the following text "Repair will cost 250 CA$, because there is a problem with the switch!" and at this point we understand that we will not pay 250 CAD in any case, because the camera itself cost 400 CAD (now 230 CAD) and besides, if it is a warranty service, then we do not agree and please send back to the store and wait for a written paper with a specific the problem and the authority that performed the service. At this point, we clearly know that we will go to the CRPC. After a few days, we begin to understand why they took their fingerprints. As you may be aware, if fingerprints are taken, they can also be put back on and pressed even more from the sample onto the camera, and the question arose. Did they have that right? I would love to find out @PTAC now. 2 weeks ago: We receive a call from RD with the text "Moisture and fingerprints have been found inside the camera" and now we understand that this is the cleanest direction, because in the meantime they could pour all kinds of solutions inside. Normally, humidity would be understandable from physics, because there are places where the air is very humid, but there are places where it is not exactly humid and what could cause it, but since this is a professional camera, it is not acceptable and should be considered a reason not to repair.. Fingerprints - As I said, you can remove them from any part of the camera and squeeze as much as you like. Please send the camera back with a written notice. One week ago (Wednesday): We receive a call from RD that the camera has been sent and we can pick it up on Friday. One week ago (Friday): We are going to the AZ Store and we want to get a camera. Something interesting and very unexpected is happening at the moment "Your camera has been sent to the Nikon Center in Mexico to check..." and we say that the salesman told us by phone that it is here. We are confused and then wait for the next call to know when to go. 3 days ago: We receive another call from the AZ Store and say that the camera is here and we can collect it. Today: We go to the store and get a camera, where we start big disputes with the store manager, who repeatedly failed to answer our questions and looked like she was with you with the equipment. We argued and wanted explanations and explained our situation until the store salesman began to use personal insult against my girlfriend with the words "What do you lady understand from the technique?" and my girlfriend understands much better from cameras, because I have been working with this SLR camera for a year and have learned a lot, both to take photos and to understand every mechanism and mechanism. Then we took the camera and left. Today 17:30: The girlfriend has gone home and is sad about the camera because it was her hobby. After a moment, she writes that everything is working and all she did is insert my SD memory card. Interesting: The user manual mentioned that this problem can happen to any Nikon camera and is not uncommon, but the error is not elsewhere in the switch, but the motor can get stuck, which takes no more than 5-10 minutes to fix. It is also possible at home, but we followed the manual's recommendation - take it to the warranty service. Thus, the AZ Store closed the camera's warranty on the grounds that there was moisture and fingerprints inside, which were most likely imprinted by the AZ Store employees themselves when they took the fingerprints. This is a story about AZ Electronics and I highly recommend buying anything here. The actions of the employees are terrible. The salesman from whom the camera was purchased remembers him very well and wanted to defend us, but as he walked away, it was clear that the driver was talking to a salesman who wanted to defend us. After this story, I want to slander them as much as possible on the Internet. Thanks for your attention!
