To improve customer service and make the service even more accessible, the call center is open on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00 Sounds good, as if it has made our lives more comfortable. But real life is a little different. On the first day, the duration of the call was about 2-3 minutes, (more precisely will be told by the operator bill) all the time asking about the fact that the operators are busy. Okay, let's try it, maybe it's all busy. Roll again for about 2-3 minutes and again no response. Maybe I'm waiting too little time? I waited 10 minutes today. Busy. All.
