Single telephone number

Summary: The complaint is not about hospital work, but about a single telephone number for children to see a doctor. What you can read on the BKUS website: The Children's Hospital has a unified call center number, which allows parents to register their children for consultations or examinations in both Tornakalns and AClinic facilities by calling one phone number 8866 (fee according to the caller's operator's tariffs). To improve customer service and make the service even more accessible, the call center is open on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00 Sounds good, as if it has made our lives more comfortable. But real life is a little different. On the first day, the duration of the call was about 2-3 minutes, (more precisely will be told by the operator bill) all the time asking about the fact that the operators are busy. Okay, let's try it, maybe it's all busy. Roll again for about 2-3 minutes and again no response. Maybe I'm waiting too little time? I waited 10 minutes today. Busy. All. Call Telstra to find out how much those missed calls cost me. 0. 13 cents per minute. However, now my life has become much more convenient with the introduction of a single telephone number, thank you.
