Poor service

Express mail had to wait 16 days. From the beginning, the sender had not left the invo and no one told him. Then the parcel came to Melbourne again without an invoice and within a week the Melbourne dhl could not get him. Had to call and sort by myself. Last but not least, after customs clearance, I had to wait a few more days to get the package. Simply miserable business for such money. I will never use Dhl again or recommend it to anyone.
