No Answer! Did not answer my phone call so I could not ask them the simple question I wanted to ask them. User’s recommendation: Do not bother asking them any questions or even contacting them. Why bother, they never answer anyway. Never complain either, it does not help!
This place wasn’t much help. They did get me to talk to a human but she could only tell me to go to the website which I had already done. She DID however let me know how to resume a request so that was helpful I guess. User’s recommendation: It’s worth a shot.
