Poor service

A man called the tires over the phone and instructed the installation to be done. The claimant or can drive, to which he replied, that he can drive in this way and the tires will be fitted. I was present in 10 minutes, but I answer that I was in line and I have to wait 30 minutes! Question - why said I can drive? Completely do not care about customers.
