Waiting for shipment from Germany. Paid Dhl Express Sesrviss with next day delivery. 15. September 15: 39 In Germany, the courier has picked up the shipment (as evidenced by a scan). Then - silence... Today, September 16, 9 in the morning there was an airplane, which also had to have my package. The dhl phone operator just said in a cheerful voice that "maybe it went without a scan, and the package for 12 will be available" (aha, the dhl express package went without a sound, especially - in Germany!) sometime my wife tried to impress me by phone that they were "doing their best and looking for a package in Germany, trying to understand why the package wasn't loaded, that it had to be" and that "as soon as there is information - we'll call you back!" when the package is already present, received, and it will take a few more months!) so, in general: 1. The sender and the recipient are both customers (legally!) 2. By picking up the package and writing out the waybill and booking reference, dhl assumes the obligations as well as the contractual obligations (As with the buyer in the store - a check means a contract between the buyer and the seller that both parties agree to the transaction and service). In this case - express service with delivery within the next day!. Failure to deliver the package on time, dhl (no matter en or german) violates the terms and contractual obligations. I already encounter dhl 5 times and each time - only problems! Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to choose another service provider, because it was determined by the sender every time... People, never use this office. Unkind, irresponsible, incorrect and without concrete... Promise one - do another! Delivery (to the door) until 18:00 - have to sit and wait for the "dhl ghost" within a certain interval... And even more - until 18 often do not deliver! Kave... Only problems.
