Surprising Shamelessness
I want to share my experience so that buyers have information that they can openly "hang". When choosing a product, I had to surf many online stores, I immediately discarded the unfamiliar names, as if a lot were little known, including, of course, AZ Electronics at the cheapest price. The decision was simple, I don't want to enjoy stress or bitterness before Christmas, so I chose it as a relatively safe brand. Everything had to be done, I filled in a questionnaire with strange questions about the salary, but that's it - the product is ordered, gifts are planned, everything is OK. I placed the order on Saturday, December 14, 2018, call on December 15 - their representative clarified some uncertainties and promised,that type today or later tomorrow I will be contacted by AZ Electronics operator to agree on the receipt of the product. Well the event looks even more promising... looking forward to it. on Monday the call does not ring, on Tuesday until noon also, doubts begin to arise or I have not forgotten. Of course I press the entrance to the AZ Electronics website into the e-mail and the article with the query, which happens with the order number one and the other. I wait until evening, slowly the euphoria about the good fame of the store begins to fade... I found a number and a call on the website, but now I need the product to eat, because I understand that I will not be able to order elsewhere until the date I need. Answer, hat off, kind lady - I named the order number, immediately look at '... yes the product is confirmed and will be sent, I sighed fuuuu, but everything is OK, but here you were, it turns out the product has been on the stand for a year and it looks like it has tiny scratches,but insignificantly... but I didn't explode after listening to it, I don't know how I held it, another would have sent 53 "mothers" a long time ago. I thought and concluded that such a used product would be taxed on the free market for a minimum of 50%, for 70% it would be the norm, pure curiosity pulled behind my tongue, how much discount from a product worth 300 USD can be given - pause - answer by phone - 20 CA$, then although my mayor was full... for a long time, I was left without a gift and still open shamelessness to offer a used product as a new one. Well, someone will smear it too, so let's check the seals on the package carefully, they can only be torn in your presence. And here comes the famously sad question of "Maximas", who takes responsibility for what happened from the store. Now the string itself, to sum up - what is the difference between NoName online stores,offering a drastically cheaper price from AZ Electronics, the answer is clearly that there is absolutely no difference, in my opinion, this brand is no longer worthy of its name.
