Poor service and money fraud
Bolt will call a taxi today. We wait quite a long time, but we wait. The first driver with a very high tone criticized that his navigation showed another stopping point, although we were waiting right at the address. At the end point, the meter showed that it cost 6.25 dollars. This offer urgently shuts down and requires 7.80. As soon as I helped the check, 6.25 was enough. I am very dissatisfied with the service and attitude towards the customer. I also believe that the driver was trying to extort money from me. Great fui for this company! I will never use this company again and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
