Bike won’t pair

I am outraged! I have a one year membership with Echelon and I routinely have problems. My bike will not connect to the app on any of my devices!!! This has been going on for months! User’s recommendation: Buy a Peleton.

Time for Warranty Issues

I had a pedal break only a year after having the bike. Warranty covered the bike pedal and said it would take 10-15 business days. Blue tooth not working. Therefore can’t get tension on the bike

Only way to get help is email. One of those where it says type above the line and you cant! Poor service!!! Had this bike 3 months. Like the bike if it would work!!! User’s recommendation: Poor service.
