Poor service
I wanted to tell you that today I encountered an unpleasant situation in a cafe / restaurant / lounge in Cabo Cafe. We came with the idea that we could eat something delicious and sit in the sun, combine the delicious with the good, but it was completely different. When approaching the order counter, it was announced that we do not accept food orders for 30 minutes (excluding the fact that I stand in line for 15 minutes ). It took 30 minutes and I went to ask if I could order food. Answered that at the moment can not yet, still have to wait 25-30min. At that point, I was sad that it was not possible to determine how long I would have to wait. Okay, I'm still waiting, because I want to know how much to actually wait. It takes another 25min and I'm going to ask again. And then the answer is that you still have to wait 20min, but why, is not told. It took about 10min in from the next table to hear that the kitchen does not accept orders from customers because of the need to bake pancakes. What pancakes, I'm sorry, a bit of hair. I wait so long, neither apologize nor be notified, there is no confrontation whatsoever. Not to mention that the service from the waiters is low. It's not that I'm not going to come here anymore, but I have to think a lot about things so that you don't have such unpleasant moments.
