Poor service and attitude
Last year I bought a kitchen wall cabinet. Now that there is an opportunity to assemble it and attach it to the wall, it turns out that the cabinet is not set up correctly and the dimensions of the door do not match the frame. I went to the store where I bought it. I filled in all the necessary documents, attached the necessary pictures. Please replace either the door or the frame. In principle, the company refuses to exchange because it has taken too long. Although the rules themselves state that claims can be filed within 2 years. Do I not have the right to assemble my purchased furniture whenever I want? And doesn't the company have to correct the mistakes of its employees? So it's not my fault that the assembler issued the wrong package. Until we start assembling the furniture, you can't know if everything is right. I consider this attitude to be very incorrect. I don't think I'll buy furniture at optima anymore.
