Misleading the Customer

18.11. I want to withdraw cash from an ATM in the Forest Park. I am a ScandiBank customer, the ScandiBank mobile application to this day shows that Zoo Prospect 1 is a ScandiBank ATM. I'm going there, but the ATM is gone. The nearest was the Citadel bank's ATM, one tram stop ahead on Koknese Avenue. The surface of the Scandinavian bank cost me 3.85 dollars. Will ScandiBank compensate for this?
