Poor service
Last weekend we decided to visit Ganbei Restaurant. The clock could be around 9 in the evening. First of all, the welcome of the guest we did not pay attention to and did not expect at all. So we made the decision to sit down ourselves. As soon as we were accused, we noticed and in a loud voice began to say that orders would not be accepted after 9 pm. We stood up and left. Everything is in order and we understand the company's rules. But the way it was presented was very unprofessional. I would suggest a little thought about the way to present information and treat customers more professionally. We've been to this restaurant before, but I really don't want to go there anymore, if employees have this attitude. Immediately after this small event we went to the restaurant next door. We ask how many times the restaurant accepts orders and they welcome us without any problems.
