Because of a failed appointment (no show technician) I called to try and get emergency service…was told since I rescheduled (had to as told by customer service when tech didn’t show)..they could not send emergency service…cold(25degrees inside house) 19 degrees outside…..and two children…they tell me there is nothing they can do..no way to contact technician that obviously...
