Horrible tree cutting in Aiken County.

I have a small cottage in Aiken County that is currently unoccupied. I went by the other day and the fence was flattened, the trees were sawed with the branches un trimmed. Out of six power co. i have had in my 87 years Dominion power is by far the worst co. and the highest priced that i have ever had service with. It would be great to be able to have another alterative.
