Call too often to become a customer. First on Monday I call and offer, I refuse. On Wednesday, another girl calls and offers again, I refuse again, moreover, with the remark that I called already 2 days ago. It takes 1, 5 hour and call again. Now my refusal is no longer so kind. The 4th call rings after about a month. For about 1, 5 years there was peace, although my impression of them was damaged irreversibly. Another call 3 weeks ago - I answer that, remembering previous calls, I don't even consider becoming a customer. Another day is coming, this time April 19, when I already receive the 6th call with an offer. When asked if a special database of telephone numbers is used, I get the answer that no, just all the numbers in a row. Since my number hits regularly, I say so, but the girl does not bother with the hearing, says "all the best" in the sentence and drops the handset. Call back, ask if it is customary to drop the handset during a call. Again, I hear the question of whether I am interested in satellite TV. I say no, I'm just tired of you calling me, laughter at this point, the handset is dropped again. Assuming that there are about 10 million phone numbers in Australia and in ~ 20 months I have received 6 intrusive offers, I understand that Viasat makes about 500,000 calls a month : ) to get to my number again, moreover, all calls were on weekdays and during working hours. Even more regularly than Viasat's time, I only receive Viagra offers and opportunities to increase the membership, and with an 80% discount. If this a bit strange company puts itself on a par with other spammers, then really something is not normal and the number of its customers is not enough. If someone thinks I'm complaining about a strange amount of attention from strangers, then it's not. I just like to share my impressions. For Viasat I have it is now very negative :(
