Store will not honor digital coupons

I had a problem today with a digital coupon and every time I do I’m told there is nothing we can do about it , this coupon junk doesn’t work half the time, I show the employee that I have it clipped and they don’t care, please fix the problem if you are going to use them.

Two clerks should be on duty at all times

Whiteville Tnn store is messy. Boxes all over floor. One clerk. I knocked down a box of Christmas wrappings I tried to pick it up and hurt my back. It was my fault for trying to help. User’s recommendation: Have more clerks. Keep aisle clear and clean.
