Serious complaint including severe safety issues

I dont have enough space but need to speak to someone ASAP before serious detriment happens. All aisles are blocked with metal racks full of stock and when I was searching for a basic item was rudely told dont go down a blocked aisle. Digital Coupons Don’t work

I typed my phone number in before paying , confirmed with cashier that my number went through. Then my receipt shows no savings on the products I purchased just because of the sale coupon price.
