Poor service

Quality of management under every criticism. Customer service does not respond to countless emails and messages from residents. Repeated requests for cleaning the building will not be considered. Staircases are dirty, the grass is not mowed, snow is seldom cleaned in winter, the savings fund is used at its discretion, etc.
