Incomprehensible fraud by dental hygienist Carrol Kinstlere On May 5, 2016, I went to the dental hygienist Carrol Kinstler. The procedure was performed in less than an hour and the dental hygienist offered to apply the toothpaste, but not during this visit it would be necessary to arrive after a week in order to be able to apply it. I personally visit the dental hygienist regularly, so I was surprised by this announcement, because NEVER any of the dental hygienists had previously informed me that an additional visit would be needed. However, the doctor stated that applying the varnish would be INCLUDED in the price when I arrive for the next visit. So I paid 42 AU$ for this visit. On May 16, I went to the same dental hygienist for the negotiated varnish application procedure, which was intended as the doctor claimed to be included in the price and will not be paid for this visit. When I came for the visit, the varnish was applied to only a few teeth and something was additionally scratched on the teeth. This surprised me, because I understand that I had arrived ONLY to apply the varnish, because the dental hygiene procedure should be completed on May 5. I was in the treatment room for 20 minutes, everything was done as slowly as possible and it was clear that the dental hygienist was not in a hurry. When the visit was over the dental hygienist billed me with some code digits but no price. When I asked the receptionist how much I have to pay for a visit, the administrator replied that 42 AUD. I immediately turned to a dental hygienist who performed this procedure for me by Carrol Kinstler, because as in the previous visit it was said that this procedure would be free of charge. At that moment, Carrol Kinstlere immediately said THAT she hadn't said ANYTHING. So it turns out that the hygienist service at Kinstler costs 84 AU$ and the patient will need a repeat visit. It turns out that I, as a patient, thought of myself that applying the varnish would be free. In this case, I have to ask about the quality of Kinstler's work if this dental hygienist is unable to perform his duties during one visa. I have already consulted the relevant authorities and such authorization will not be left to IT. Kinstler's shamelessness and patient fraud are indescribable. I am convinced that I am not the only patient who has experienced such fraud. I encourage everyone to stay away from this institution and their work style.
