BatchPurifier Reinstall Forbidden!

I paid for BatchPurifier. I installed BatchPurifier. I ran BatchPurifier. I then uninstalled BatchPurifier. I wiped, reformatted and sold my computer. I bought a new computer. I tried to install BatchPurifier on my new computer. But no.
