Poor service
In September of this year, the airport issued a boarding pass for check-in. An airport employee handed out a boarding pass and explained where to go. But an hour later, at the start of boarding, the same airport employee (he refused to give his name) announced that I needed to hand over my hand luggage at check-in. To my question, why didn't you tell me when I issued the boarding pass? The answer was: I didn't see your bag behind the table. ? As a result, I was forced to pay 28. 65 dollars. Why did I have to pay twice for hand luggage due to the negligence and irresponsibility of the airport staff? And finally, because of this irresponsible employee, I lost money, my health (pressure problems start) and I ruined the whole flight.
