I already fill up the required forms and when I proceed to payment and click the “over the counter” it shows off that request is rejected and check url with your administrator. URL was rejected.

When I’m about to click the over the counter payment, the URL was rejected. And I reissued my appointment and it was already registered for appointment. But where is my code? How do I pay may appointment if there’s no code?
