One off the brass plates on the armature came off and damages brushes a saw.contacted dewalt and they apologized for this happening and said there’s no parts for it anymore,therefore we can’t help you. All I expected not even a voucher toward another saw

Dewalt 20v hammer drill. Speed control is terrible and chuck is worse. Bits fall out constantly. Worse drill ever owned. Previously owned 18v hammer drill and was extremely happy with it. User’s recommendation: Pass on drill.
