Poor service, no delivery
The order has been in Australia for more than a week. Judging by the tracking code, an attempt was made to deliver the order, but due to the crossroads it was not possible and now the shipment is again in Lithuania. The obstacle is that there is a private house. But the courier has my phone number to call. No one called me. It happens that if the gate is not always open so that strangers do not come in, then I will not be able to receive the shipment? Because you see the courier can't call me, but the gate is closed? Nobody picks up the handset, nobody answers my several emails! Thanks to Itella for not being able to receive my order on time. Looks like I won't send anything from my favorite online store anymore!
