Poor service
I had a one-year contract for a certain amount, which I also paid. Time passed and I stopped going to the gym, but every month I continued to pay. Towards the end of the contract, I approached the authority in time to write an application that I no longer want to extend the contract. One of the employees announced that I had come too soon to come in a month. then you will be able to write an application. A month has passed and now another employee says that there is no need to write any application, that everything will end automatically. After a couple of days, I receive an email from lemon gym stating that my subscription has been automatically renewed! I turn to their institution again, reassuring me that this letter is not relevant. But why is such a person sent out and deceived?! Time passes, everything calmly and on 3. 10. 2019 I receive sms from lemon gym,that I have not paid the payment and that my debt will be transferred to debt collectors! Half a day I call them, but no one answers the call. I left 4 times after work! and ask. which for the case that I received such an sms, checked the bank statement everything is paid and I owe nothing to anyone. The employee clumsily explained that the debt is 1e for not knowing! I do not recommend anyone to visit this gym, because then there will be a problem after the problem with this institution. Employees each talk differently. Sms sent to the company in an unworthy format without explaining where the debt came from and how much it is by simply sending the fact and everything!
