Some time ago, I had enrolled my child in the "Letter World" kindergarten. But! - it is not clear about the costs (a month is paid in advance, but then something is deducted back) - for what reason!? I also didn't understand from other parents why it should be done. The attitude of the manager is terrible, he doesn't talk during the conversation, because he knows everything better than his parents, he tries to say that she will already know better. Offered to leave the child for adaptation time, so that little gets used to, but! It is forbidden for both parents to come at the same time. Why can't we, as we want to free up time for our work, do that? Employees change even by weeks (heard from other parents), there is no independent employee who works there for more than 1 month. The rooms are unventilated, the decor is awful. If anyonewho will fall from those shelves on top will be the fault of the leader alone. Some children have bruises, but I didn't hear the answer from where they came from. For the first time I came across such a thing that I am not even ready to take the baby there anymore!
