Well, just a real priton! The woman working there is the benchmark for what a person who accepts customers should be (in a figurative sense, of course). Works just miserably. Such an attitude towards the customer that he has specially broken the product and now wants to mess something up. There can be no question of starting any kind of dialogue at all... Just a person dissatisfied with life.
