I have been a loyal, regular customer of this company for 2 years. When I decided to give up their service, it wasn't as easy as I thought. Okay, this is another story where, as a result of my desperate efforts, the contract was broken. But the story is about something else - about the incompetence of VIASAT employees or deliberate deception of customers (who knows that). So, I'm happily disconnected from Viasat, paid within the last bill, left so take them to the card within 5 days. As far as I am a busy person, it turned out that I went to them on the 5th day after the termination of the contract, wanting to return the card. To my surprise, the door on Maskavas Street was closed for preventive or some other reason. Well, in a very calm mood, I called them to ask if I could hand over the card the next day,because the door is closed... To which the answer was - by no means, because then you will have to face punishment. Be sure to send by mail with today's date and everything will be fine. I also sent a card in the mail on the same day, with a note to call me if I was lucky, and at the same time I forgot about Viasat. After a few days, I call from this institution and say in a kind voice that everything is fine, at my request, the call is received, that the card has been received. I'm still, fool, glad that this level of service is starting to improve a bit for them and I forgot about Viasat again. After a while I get a reminder invoice in the mail, which I have paid for a long time - I call, I ask who with the rain - they kindly answer again that sorry, everything is fine, the obligations between us are gone, all the bills are paid - so I throw away their letter in the trash. Well, well, I forgot about VIASAT again. And how do you think - suddenly I get a bill for a non-returned CARD. Call the callers - the answer is - you haven't sent us a card... I ask, but who called me a few days after the card was sent out that everything was fine. They will answer you - WE WILL CALL YOU TO SAY THAT THE CARD HAS NOT Arrived. : D: D: D I didn't know what to do - cry or laugh - I probably have gluts and I don't hear well what someone says to me if they think I can confuse a positive answer with a negative one. Then I add - and how about my call a couple of days ago when I asked if we had any outstanding cases. These answers - the answer was that we no longer have a mutual agreement and therefore the answer was - everything is in order. After such schizophrenic nightmares promised by the VIAASAT dispatcher, I will never, ever again be willing to cooperate with them. In addition, I DO NOT recommend anyone to become their customers. If the sums had been large, I would have requested telephone transcripts and gone to court - it would not be a pity...
