Poor Service
I put my iPhone on diagnostics to find out how much the repair would cost. The employee said that I would be contacted within a week, but after waiting for 3 weeks, no one contacted me like that. I tried to call the number myself, but no one picked up the phone. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called the service number, where I was told I didn't know anything and to call the store number. When I said that I had tried that number for several days and no one answered, I replied that I did not know what else to suggest to me, just to go to the store and inquire there about what happened to my phone, which seemed unacceptable to me because I live 30km away. After my call, an employee contacted me in the afternoon and said that my phone was unrepairable,because all the parts are damaged and need to be replaced, which would cost more than a new phone. I picked up the phone, paid € 5 for diagnostics. However, I did not leave the feeling that they had not performed any diagnostics at all and took the phone to another service in Quebec, where it was repaired for € 40, during the day. Very poor service and careless service. Would not recommend to anyone.
