Money is removed from the account for non-existent service (automatic payment) when the contract is terminated due to technical reasons (damaged decoder) and payment for a card that was sent by mail but not received. Operator Lauris refuses to provide information on where to turn to address this issue. The contractual obligations are not fulfilled, ie VIASAT does not give one month's notice of the interruption of the transmission of certain channels.
