Fraud, poor service

It was discussed that on the way by train 922 from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast in Daugmala we were joined by our aunt. Bought us three tickets. It turns out... The train was postponed and the next train did not stop in Daugmale. We decided to rent a taxi. I ask if tickets can be returned. To which the cashier replied that no... grinning and about to get away from here. Indecent unpleasant... I would give customer service 0no 10. And I was robbed! Hurt attitude. not for money but for attitude.
