2nd Time Contacting You

This is the second time I’m contacting you all. First time went unanswered. I am missing the screw to hold the bronze handle on the tub handle kit I bought. Will you all send me a screw, or do I need to uninstall this and return it? User’s recommendation: Make sure all of the parts are included.
