New Danby air conditioner making very loud noise its something to do with the fan or the compressor. I waited 10 days for the order to come in and to receive it defective. Very disappointed. User’s recommendation: Dont buy any Danby air conditioner.

Upright freezer, stopped working after 4 months, 2 yr warrenty. Danby won’t answer me. amazon says there is nothing they can do. User’s recommendation: do not buy anything from this company.
Inadvertently deleted your ticket # email in response to my phone call on 5/18. My dehumidifier model #DDR050BJPWDB is now constantly running but not filling up. There is a long black plastic part that I am unable to put back in placethis may be the problem? Please respond. Thank you
Update by user May 21, 2021 … so I’m not sure if pissedconsumer.com helped but today, Danby called me up, and offered us the choice of an almost 3 quarters of the price reimbursement or a new replacement with a comparable fridge! Pretty cool! They lived up to their “Do the right thing” motto! Original review posted...
