I will tell you the following case. I (probably like many others) fell for Telstra's stock Meteors 4. I received the first invoice and ha ha 16 lats. I see the printout turns out to be paid for two months at once + data services 6 AUD from Vertex MP3 klub. Call Telstra I answer that they do not bear any responsibility and the only thing that can help give Vertex MP3 klub phone number. Call to phone no. and ask them to tell you their legal address. They refused to tell me and advised to look for Lursoft (but there is no such company) also refused to tell me with a nickname and when I registered and what I ordered. The only thing I could refuse the service. Today I was in the Telstra office, there is a robot sitting on a plaque with Tom written on it and smiling at me:We do not give the legal address of the Vertex MP3 club. You can call their technical service and file a claim. Maybe someone can share their experience or is it possible to recover money from Telstra for non-existent services?
